Is there anybody here that is on the fence? That you feel that the hope is lost? There is a hope in salvation. It’s the salvation that Jesus Christ came into the world to bring.
Giving Him no rest means reminding God of His promises. Not because God has forgotten, but because we need to remember who He is.
That’s my prayer for you. That’s our prayer for our church in 2026. That the God that we serve would be preeminent in our lives. That He would be our priority.
… but we must give Him permission to meddle when we are straying, when we are leaning into temptation, when we think we have it under control.
When we hear the word “called,” sometimes we think that’s for pastors,
missionaries, evangelists, people on large platforms. But the truth is very simple…
Life gets busy. Distractions pile up. We forget. We stop discerning between what is urgent and what is necessary. Living on the edge is dangerous.
Joseph was thinking continually about the situation, but his anxiety was without foundation. We need to exchange our fears for faith. God has not given us a spirit of fear.
Imagine if we just got up every morning
and say, “You are worthy, Lord, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.”
We are still in the land of the living. The manuscript is still being written. God has a greater purpose, not only in sending Jesus, but in choosing us to bring Him glory.
